I had a great experience working with Alliance. Throughout the entire process, they were responsible and kept me in the loop with timing and feedback. I was getting a bit frustrated, because the client was taking a long time to move to next steps. I had other positions I was considering, but I really wanted this role. Alliance’s team did an excellent job of communicating what was happening in real time. Ultimately, they lit a fire under the hiring manager (my boss now) and got me an offer before I accepted something else. It was because of them that I’m in my role now, and I love it!
