The Challenge

A $500M publicly held Lifesciences company with rapid global growth plans needed to hire an International Finance Manager to support its expansion. The company, operating in six countries, had ambitious plans to expand into 10 more in the coming year.

After opening a new manufacturing facility overseas — combined with a major acquisition — the new International Finance hire became a high priority. It was of utmost importance that a stellar candidate was sourced, as the position collaborated with several stakeholders to install requisite Financial and Operational Reporting requirements including KPIs, Revenue Recognition Policies, Trend Analysis, and other Financial metrics.
