A rapidly growing consumer products company, with a newly hired CFO, needed a Corporate Controller who understood the nuances of the cosmetics industry. They were looking for a candidate who could parachute in and get them through a first time PCAOB level audit, implement a new ERP system, and stabilize their close and reporting process.

Because the role was remote, Alliance mapped out a list of similarly positioned companies in the cosmetics space that were private equity/venture capital-backed and sold via specific retail/wholesale channels. Because of the intensive nature of this exacting search process, Alliance was able to source a very targeted list of eligible candidates – smaller in number but with the exact qualifications necessary to meet the company’s unique requirements.
