A national CPA firm was heading into an extremely busy audit season and found itself understaffed. The firm’s leadership approached Alliance Resource Group for help sourcing seasonal consultants with the right expertise to support the heavy workload.
The Solution
ARG was able to quickly source five ex-public accountants, each with a CPA license and deep experience with audit procedures and accounting. The consultants were able to step in and immediately get to work on various audit procedures, reducing the load on the firm’s full-time employees.
